Denny is one of the founding Partners of Coughlin Property Management and is responsible for overseeing and managing Coughlin Property Management. In this role Denny is intimately involved in the strategic development and implementation of management activities which include developing and implementing management plans for new management assignments, procuring and maintaining professional relationships with clients, investors, third party vendors and employees, overseeing new acquisitions, coordinating due diligence efforts, supervising new apartment lease-ups and managing capital improvement projects. Denny has been directly involved in the development, acquisition and operations of over 1,150 apartment homes, low to mid-rise commercial, medical, retail and parking operations.
Denny is a graduate of Denison University.
