A partnership with The Town of Vail to lease an ideal piece of ground for the development of a full-service apartment community to deliver below-market rents while exceeding the Town of Vail’s stringent design standards.
Middle Creek Village is located in the heart of North America’s premier resort destination. With 142 fully equipped apartments, a parking structure for 211 vehicles, and a location that is so close to the action that residents can easily walk to Vail’s world class ski mountain, Middle Creek Village is Colorado’s premier workforce housing community.
Coughlin & Company developed and financed Middle Creek Village and manages the project through Coughlin Property Management.
