Looking for its own new corporate headquarters, Coughlin & Company sought to stay in downtown Denver, but wanted to own its own space rather than rent.
Our Solution:
Coughlin & Company purchased a mid-rise office building on the edge of downtown Denver and upgraded the property’s common areas and exterior to create a Class A “Boutique” environment. With a location and level of finish that was suitable for mid-size professional service firms who might otherwise be in Denver’s most expensive and prestigious high-rises, One Sherman Place offered tenants the opportunity to build equity and wealth through the direct ownership of their office space.
Coughlin & Company developed and financed One Sherman Place and manages it through Coughlin Property Management.
