Donald oversees and drives the day-to-day execution of the Company’s multifamily investments including making real time adjustments to strategy, finding value-add opportunities, controlling expenses, evaluating market conditions, managing revenue, and directing staff. He works closely with the onsite teams to ensure maximum potential of each asset is achieved. Donald brings new and innovative approaches to continually improve management processes, resulting in improved asset efficiencies and financial performance.
Donald is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Monfort College of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.
