Ms. Blatter joined Coughlin & Company, Inc. in 1995 and is responsible for multiple roles at Coughlin & Company, Inc. as well as Coughlin Property Management. Ms. Blatter, a licensed broker, supports the Principals of Coughlin & Company, Inc. by interacting and communicating with Individual and Institutional Investors, processing trades and assists with FINRA compliance requirements. Ms. Blatter is actively involved with the accounting department where she processes accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of monthly financials and financial forecasting. Ms. Blatter directs the organization and administration of the office as well as operations of Coughlin Property Management.
