Nancy joined Coughlin and Company, Inc in May of 2022 and is responsible for property accounting and payroll for Coughlin Property Management. Nancy brings over twenty years of accounting experience to the table. Previous work experience includes financial reporting and analysis in the manufacturing industry, investment accounting, management with a CPA firm, a real estate investment firm controller, and extensive background in property management.
Nancy is originally from Eden Prairie, MN, and has been in the Denver metro area for over 22 years. She graduated from Regis University with a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting and Finance.
