Peter manages the firm’s financial operations. Since joining the firm in June of 2018, he has become an integral member of the Coughlin team responsible for financial reporting and taxes, extensive financial analysis, and management of operations for commercial real estate properties.
Peter, a Certified Public Accountant, spent several years in operations and financial analysis at a hedge fund and family office before moving to Colorado in 2017 to work in a finance operations role in the real estate sector. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he remains active through alumni interviewing.
